Retailer - We are in need of an energetic, orderly, proactive individual with a great attitude to join the Revive team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting customers and adding a friendly smile and wonderful atmosphere to our customers, Assisting customers during their shopping experience and handling the cashier, Receiving new donations, sorting through items, cleaning items, tagging and pricing items, and stocking and ordering racks and shelves continuously.
The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service. Must be organized, detail-oriented, accurate and methodical with the ability to multi-task and work under limited supervision. Marketing Coordinator - We are seeking a high energy, self-motivated, and organized individual to fulfill our important Marketing Coordinator position. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible to create and maintain our digital presence in addition to coordinating campaigns, drip marketing, print media, and related activities to take our store's presence and sales efforts to the next level. Must be a strong designer, have a successful background in creating and maintaining a B2B social media presence, and be passionate about technology. In addition, he or she has the luxury to be out on the field passing out marketing flyers door-to-door. We are looking to make a positive imprint our culture of respect, integrity, servanthood, and sales the first to display these values to our customers. We believe that offering great merchandise for affordable prices and "how" we treat our customers, and our employees, earns loyalty. General Laborer - We are seeking a candidate who has a "get it done" attitude, self-motivated, with a courteous personality to fulfill our General Laborer position. Candidate must have strong work ethic, high integrity and character, and able to multi task many tasks that can change on the second. Must be able to demonstrate keen listening and excellent communication skills. An ability to work alone and together with a team. Must have a good driving record, good customer service skills and a helpful attitude. The General Laborer communicates via phone, email and social media outlets with perspective donors to arrange times to go pick up donations and load them onto the truck and bring them back into the store. Must be able to lift furniture, and boxes often. Store Manager Assistant - Assist with all store functions and day-to-day store activities as directed by the Store Manager. Able to perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager. Maintain a professional and exceptional friendly environment with customers and associates. Maintain all areas of the store to be clear and orderly, including the stockroom and sales floor, to company standards. When the Store Manager is not on the premises, direct supervisory responsibility for all associates. Direct and delegate tasks to employees. Supervise staff demeanor when approaching customers. Train employees on safety, security, personal hygiene, and customer service. Store Organization and Inventory Control. Make the display attractive to impress customers. Check items displayed on racks and shelves for proper pricing. Customer Service Provide high-quality customer service to optimize customer purchasing and payment process. Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues to strengthen store reputation and grow customer retention. Processing Returns and Merchandise Transfers. Various Weekly Reports to Include Sales, Inventory. Product Knowledge. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. |
